Pickin' some Punkins

I don't know what they were all looking at, but they wouldn't look at me. We went to the pumpkin farmers and chose some good lookin' pumpkins for cheap. There was a cow and hay, and lots of pumpkins. That is all we needed. The kids had a lot of fun with each other as you can tell. They even hauled all our punkins in a cute little wagon.

Good Times!

Little monkey

I can't believe this child!! there is no stopping her!!! Actually there is. Jarom took off the handles to a few drawers so she couldn't use them as a ladder. She was mad!! But it is hard to stay mad at this little cutie!!

Whew... Glad it is over.

The 2008 primary theme is "I Am a Child Of God" I just love this picture of Christ with these children. He is so loving, unconditionally of each of us!

Last Sunday was our primary program that I have been stressing about. I have never had this calling and so I was nervous as heck about it. Before it started I felt like I was going to throw up because my stomach was churning. I said a little prayer, and during the passing of the sacrament, my nervousness subsided. It turned out beautiful. The kids were like angels singing and made me smile so big, and the Spirit was SO strong. Still, I am glad it is over though.

Next year's theme is "My Eternal Family" and I am so excited for that!! How appropriate. Since the Family unit is under attack. I hope everyone votes on Tuesday and Those in California... YES on Prop. 8!!

Taking Elder Nathanael Galbraith to the Missionary Training Center

Jarom's little brother Nathanael is going on his mission to Mesa Arizona. Which is crazy, he will be going to the same mission home that I went to in Scottsdale. They have split the mission since I was there, but it covers some of the same areas that it did back then. Also Jarom's dad served there way back when... mostly on the indian Rez. But it is so great. He is such an awesome young man and will be a great servant for the Lord. It was neat that we got to spend some time with him before he left. Our boys think uncle Nathanael is their only uncle, mostly because he is the one they know the best. What a great example he is to them!!

Taking the luggage down the alley to the dormatories.

new missionaries enter here!

Jarom and Nathanael got to go do some Initiatorys at the Mount Timpanogas temple on Tuesday afternoon. I think that was some good bonding time. I stayed back at the hotel and went swimming with the kids.

Everyone is having fun riding in the van with Elder Galbraith
Spencer with Elder Galbraith right before we enter the M.T.C.

Future missoinaries!!

It was fun for Jarom and I to take him here. We reminisced about our missions and experiences, and people from our missions. Really, your missions have a huge part to do with your future. They shape you into the awesome person you are!! Give you good work ethic, Help you learn to love all of God's children, But most importantly teach you how to be bold and share the gospel with those children. We have made some of our dearest friends from serving a mission. How blessed we are to experience the beginning of Thanael's mission with him. Cindy, I gave him a big mom hug for ya and cried for ya too!! The spirit is so strong there and it was just great to be the sender-offers!!

Future missionaries!!!

visits in Logan

This is my cute cousin Megan and her little family. They live in Logan and I haven't seen her since before my mission!! We stayed with my brother Justin and his family, and I took it upon myself to call my cousin and 2 of my very dear friends, and we got together for a visit. Didgette was a friend that I also hadn't seen since before my mission, and Trudy I haven't seen for at least 5 years. I stay in touch through Christmas cards or phone calls, but this was the first time in a long time I actually got to give hugs. I wish I had gotten pictures with the others, but... well I am not so good with remembering to bring the camera!!

blah blah blahs!

So last Friday, the day after Liam's birthday, we had a very fun day. NOT!! Liam was up all night puking and of course Spencer is a sympathy puker. The good news is that they were exhausted the next day during general conference, so we were able to watch it together in it's entirety. Jarom always works Saturdays, but as we were exhausted too, I made him call in and for the first time we watched conference together. It was nice. Except then Jarom got sick, and then me. So we all have had the YUCK, and are just starting to feel better. Nedless to say we have had takeout a couple times, the house is still a wreck, I have been trying to get the carpets shampooed and well... I probably need to call in the pros. I am just not so great at it.
And well I know I am not the only one who has a NAUGHTY little girl, but yes mine is very naughty. She Climbs cupboards and in record time I might add. She opens containers and Jars and tubes of you name it and has them dumped before you can even say hopscotch. She also will not keep her diaper on. Today she put a disc with all my geneology files in the toaster and toasted it. Thankfully I downloaded it on the computer, so I just need to burn it back onto another disc, but.... yes she did ruin one side of my toaster. And she is starting to take off her diaper. we have duct taped it on, but still she'll find a way to take it off. AHHHH! I have had my hands full lately. Any suggestions?? thanks for listening to my whining.
